Meet the Therapist

Siedah Caldwell-Miller MA, LCMHCA, BCHC

As a psychotherapist and board certified health coach, I believe the mind body connection is crucial. Counseling is a proven and powerful means of consulting with a skilled professional to resolve problematic behaviors, somatic responses (sensations in the body), and beliefs, to support you in reaching your optimal self. Through a humanistic person-centered approach we will navigate, side by side, the best route to reach your deepest desires. Healing as a “whole” is the goal of therapy in my care. Every dynamic characteristic of your life will be acknowledged.

Cultivating a safe space, while empowering communities in mental health and holistic wellness practices.

I currently work with a vast variety of clients. I’m an ally of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, body positivity, and racial justice community, to name a few. I offer individual counseling for adolescents, teens, and adults that desire healing from multiple discomforts. Are you bogged down by depression, anxiety, or constant worry? Are you struggling with sexual and/or self identity? Does your child need extra support with school concerns and/or discomforts?

What inspired me.
